Got a 7 day suspension for Trademark Violation

I just got a trademark violation on my ebay account and was suspended for 7 days. I cant verify what i was selling is real or a knock-off. I would like to sell out the inventory i have. I have two ebay accounts. 1 I have had for 10 years and mostly use it for purchases. I just created the one that was suspended a couple months ago. I have a feeback score of 66 and 100%. I want to go back to selling after my seven day suspension but am afraid that if i do i will be suspended permanently.

What is the best way for me to handle this? Should i open up another account? And if i do will they link my prior suspension to my new account even after the 7 day period is over.

Please give me some advice.

Basically: Cool off your activity on that account..

If you have another stealth account, move to that one for a little while (I'm guessing 2 weeks after the violation is over) via your stealth method. Afterwards you can go back to the original one.

The general rule is when one account gets heated up for whatever reason, it's always best to moved to another account that is unlinked via the stealth strategy and just continue with different format until you can return to the main one. It's good to cycle through accounts to circumvent limits and the whole SSN issue over $20,000 (depending on your sales).
