Money shows up in ebay but not paypal

I was wondering if this is a common issue i have yet to run into this before. i sold a high ticket item but the money is not showing up in pay pal but for some odd reason it shows up in e bay is this normal???

Does it just show as payment received? The buyer can mark it as payment sent without ever sending the money.
