new paypal after old paypal limited

Can I link a new paypal account to my old (existing) ebay account...my last paypal account was restricted ...I have 400 feedback on my old original ebay account and want to see if I can link a new paypal account to it?

if you add your new paypal account to your ebay account it will get linked again.. because your old paypal account that is closed was linked to it.

Above statement is correct. If new paypal can be linked in any way than it will be linked to ebay account. If you dont know how linking is done, then check out some thread on here.

lol that sucks...seems like paypal and ebay are in on a scam, first to take your money and thru bogus cause and then shut your account down after you reach a high status...pretty untrustworthy companies,

It's my own experience. Trust me. Three accounts - all has been limited. You need CARTMANAGER instead of this but it works only if you could receive a merchant statement from eBay.
paypal is endless terror.

"Any" type of linking of a dead account will take down every account you have.
