 us stealth paypal account withdraw problem
Hi,I have us stealth paypal account , us paypal allow withdraw to only us bank account or paypal debit card not allow visa so I try to buy something from my 2checkout account but they call to stealth account phone number for confirmation this selling and didn't accept selling, I try to send money to my turkey paypal account than they limited same hour, do you have any idea for withdraw money to my turkey bank or visa credit card from my us stealth paypal account? Becouse I live in turkey and I have not us bank account and opening a us bank account is very difficult,Thank you..
