HI, GUys: A quick Update:
Heres Paypal s Reply, when I was Pretty aggressive with them about limiting my acct, during the attempt to pay an invoice for $9,100.00 a week ago...
So.. I GUESS, they of course do not Care one way or another, They just want OUR money in THEIR bank account, to collect interest!!!

limitation was originally placed on your account. At that time, any
remaining funds will be available for withdrawal.
