Holyhell is correct, They have to have a transaction with you in order to affect anything like that.
I ask though, why would you ignore a potential sale?? 50% of my emails result in an off ebay directly invoiced sale. Probably more than that. I can offer more discounts, etc without fees involved.
(to those that are going to say "you cant do that" or "you can get in trouble", keep those comments to discussions that have already discussed this in detail.
Way back when, you could just see a competitor and simply post a neg for them with no transaction between you and them and for no reason. That was the BS that went on a long time ago. The funny thing is people say that time was better. NOT.
