What up mate....

New here, and just started reading the ebay Stealth Book. i got a few questions but cant seem to find my answers, if you can point me to right direction that would be great.

i have a pocket wifi with 3 mobile. is it a router or a modem? I'm leaning towards router but not sure as ive googled it, some say router and modem.

ive noticed my ip address changes but only the last section eg 202.124.xx.xx
first 6 numbers stay the same. does that mean my ip is dynamic? I have seen somewhere aspkin say "create new window user accounts" i have but the numbers stay the same.

For IP, as long as any of the numbers change, yes - dynamic. As for your wifi, sounds like a modem but prob wait for your fellow Ozzies to chime in.
