 Customs- Seized, not seized?
I've been waiting on a order to arrive and was taking longer than it normal, checked the tracking and it said delivered on the 28th, it obviously wasn't!!. Called parcelfroce, they said they didn't know why the tracking had said delivered but it was with customs awaiting clearence. Checked again a few hours later to see if they had taken down the 'Delivered' part, it wasn't but instead the date of 'delivery' had changed to the 27th, a day earlier than it had been just a few hours ago.
Called them back again the following day to which they then told me the item had been seized and to call UKBA on-02476212870. Called them and was then told they had no record of it and to call parcelforce back.
Called Parcelforce back, was again told it had been seized but this time they said they didn't give that number out anymore and the correct procedure is to go to HMRC and look for Notice 143 and then make an enquiry. Notice 143
how should i proceed here? the tracking shows as follows..

- UKBA say they have no record of it
To further add to the problems, its from dhgate so showing as delivered when god knows where it is' leaving me with a headache!!. Any idea whats going on here?
