when does paypal re-evaluate accounts?

a little over a month ago i got the message

Starting x/xx/2011, money from payments you receive will be placed in a pending balance for up to 21 days. By doing this, we’re making sure that there’s enough money in your account to cover potential refunds or claims.

and the end of the email they said my account would be re-evaluated in 35 days its been close to 35 days ever since that day ive had the same red banner when i login saying 'from now on you're payments blah blah blah' but a couple days ago the banner disappeared does that mean they are evaluating my account now? my payments are still being held but i'm just curious if anyone has gotten this message how long before they stopped holding you're funds. btw a couple days after the hold started i got a call from paypal explaining why they are holding my funds because i'm increasing my sales blah blah same song and dance

I got that email too, except my balance is -266 usb and i owe a few hundred bucks on a suspended linked ebay account. That's funny that they will make my funds available immediately. Good thing I have other stealthy accts cookin.

Is there ever a chance of these holds being put back again? I had this hold put in place at about 70 feedbacks and was released after I got a 100 feedbacks and now have approx 250 but sell a lot more phones so was just wondering. Although I have 100% feedback with all 4.9 dsr

If your DSRs slip or your refunds go up then yes, every chance.

if you increase sales you will probably see the holds thats the reason i got the hold they called and said i was getting alot more sales volume

YEP!!! THEY Sure will! those lying *******s took off my lift and it only took less than 5 days to put it right back. They dont care about customers. no matter how many fbs you have. they are liars. I really wish we can sue them some way isnt there any ebay lawyers out there, on this site? I also have 100% fb score w over 100 fbs. its been almost a year.
