eBay confirm account reinstated but the status still not a registered member!?

Hi all,

This is already the third stealth account recently confirmed by eBay US CS Todd account reinstated successfully. But the fact is it still under suspension. At first I would think it must be a careless but now I believe not. Anyone have the same problem? How to resolve?
