New stealth paypal with stealth info previously removed from paypal???

Here's what happened I had I had a fraud buyer try to return an item after almost 1 month and a half after the transaction, requesting a full refund over a BS claim. Ridicous! Therefore, took all info off except for the name in which I mentioned because I didnt want it to be limited or suspended with the specific info I had on it. I removed the address on the paypal and changed it to another lowsy address but with the same stealth name and removed my bank account and credit card.

Now I'm curious, can I create a new stealth paypal with the same stealth info I had on one stealth paypal in which I suddenly removed from that account before it got limited or suspended?

I was looking to add the same bank account, steath address, cc info, full name.

I appreciate any help I could get.

Can I just change the name, add new banking info and keep the address?

From my experience with pp's risk analysis model - changing name is one BAD flag - adding new banking info is ok though.

short answer is NO

any address you put on any account is permanently in the database for that account whether you remove it or not. you can not re-use any info period
