Default Limited after adding bank account

I have a Paypal account with a etrade account used to verify it. So I added another bank account and verified it. I then tried to withdraw money to the new bank account and got limited instantly. Why?

Couple of scenarios - did you withdraw the money too fast after receiving it? Did you drain your pp account dry? I don't know the status of pp flags with etrade accounts but I think there might be something there too. How much did you withdraw? Were you selling risky goods?

The money has been in that account for weeks now. My eBay account was suspended so I was trying to withdraw $383 with about $53 left for eBay seller fees.

Ah your eb account was already suspended - I am sure your pp was flagged for dismissal then - your withdrawal was just the activity that was needed to kill it.

I had an eb suspended recently with working pp - the pp also got axed after a withdrawal

Wow so that was the problem. Ok a couple of questions here.

1. How will I get my money because I have about 5 suspended eBay accounts with etrade verified paypal accounts.

2. Under normal circumstances if my eBay account is good and then I link a bank account with the etrade verified paypal I should not have any problems withdrawing correct?

1. You wait 180 days and do a bank xfer...or cheque option if you have access to address.

2. Define "normal circumstances"....not as simple as you state

First thing you need to address is why do you have 5 suspended ebay accounts?

The rest means nothing until you can get control over losing 5 accounts.

Im sorry, but I learned the hard way withdrawing more than $150.00 per day on a paypal account that is under 1 year old is not worth it. The max I withdraw per day is $100.00 before 12am each day. I have had over 3k on some accounts and I only withdraw $100.00 per day and I sometimes don't withdraw for a few days so they don't look at me like im draining the account smart. It sucks you can't withdraw $383.00 in one shot, but thats how it works. In the last couple of years you could withdraw a bigger amount with no limitations. Now they want everything if you withdraw a big amount before giving you your money.

If the account has at least + 25 points feedback has went under release review and Paypal has confirmed via email that your review has ended you can then withdraw w/ NO limitations. That, and of course your withdraw limits have been removed.

I never really had problems with withdrawing money from Paypal. I would withdraw anywhere from $400-900 at once with no problems. I was doing that for months. The problem was that I had too many accounts with the same name and similar name variation. Ebay finally caught on and suspended the accounts. It's a minor set back, I will just have to wait to get my 6 grand in those accounts. However I hear what you are saying with withdrawing small amounts just to be on the safe side. Thanks.
