Ebay account and migration

Hello,

I am intending to create a few ebay accounts for both buying and selling.

Supposed that I am based in malaysia and set up the account with all the blah verifcation and stuff, am I able to use the account in another country like in the US, thailand and etc.

Also, if i purchase a US created ebay account can I use it in other countries? will ebay limit or ban me?

I'm using Ebay No from US but i selling on USA. It is Ok. NP...
But ebay will asked u afew to confirm.
