And you think PayPal has a special function that limits only accounts created by you? All accounts are affected by this, it has nothing to do if someone else opens it for you

Powerbid and I both told you on 2/28 to take your time, don't list too much on a new account so you don't get suspened again.

Don't you have anything cheaper to sell in the interim?

You rasied a red flag on yourself selling high price merchandise, you did all that hard work on your new PC for nothing.

I would just do what they ask to get that limit removed and start off slow and let your accounts age with time.

Like you, I used a fresh PC to create my account and I've been selling for almost 2 months.

Default thanks

Thanks, I know that I am selling high priced items. But after ebay called and verified my info, which was ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but the phone number was good that I would be fine. I am still okay on ebay. Its just paypal, which they called me too and they said "good fine, ill take the notes of your account" paypal is the only thing thats limited...

1. PayPal gave you a finger.
2. You took the whole hand.
3. PayPal's hand smacked you.

Makes sense, doesn't it?

Also...when the account is limited, why don't you complete the limitation process? I did, and it's all fine now.

yeah, you're pretty much screwed if you didn't set up a paypal account the "correct" way from the beginning. you at least needed correct addresses, and bank infi. maybe you shoudl start over with a po box, new card, new bank account. and start selling slow with household items.

i guess you could try photoshopping the info they request, and see what happens, but without a ss# i don't know.
