 Suspended account and new account
I just have a simple question.
I got suspended for 12 months for shill bidding. Now I also had another account from 2005 which I never used before. I accidentally linked my paypal to the other account as well and now both of them are suspended. Numerous e-mails to ebay haven't yielded anything.
Now I deleted my old Paypal account and created a brand new one although with the same e-mail address as the old one. I did link it to the second account though.
My question is that if I delete my 2 ebay accounts permanently and create a brand new ebay account with my actual information (same name, address, etc.) and also link my new paypal account (with the same e-mail address), will I get banned again?
I do not care about my previous feedback as I'm mostly a buyer.
