Who really are these 0, -1 feedback nolifes!
Ok so i was selling a pair of shoes the other day started the listing at .99c listed for 3 days, day 1 and two go by everythings great then I log on the last day with one hour to go and see the current bid is for 122 dollors and the current highest bidder is a 0 feedback buyer(Nothing more frusterating to see 3 other legit bidders who were willing to pay over $100). I usually hate to see a 0 feedback buyer at the end of an auction but usually if you set the buyer requirements They turn out to be alright allot of times even paying instantly to show they are legit. This no life loser however kept beating everyone out and after it was over within a hour his feedback turned from 0 to -1!!! ebay even sent an allert a couple hours before the auction was over warning me that the buyer may be suspicious but didnt bother removing his damn bid like they usually do, I also saw after looking at his -1 feedback that he did the same thing to someone else who was selling shoes as well. This isnt the first time its happened tho I had to learn a frusterating lesson after auctioning 3 laptops at the same time and all 3 were attacked by 0 feedback and none registered users trying to drive the price through the roof, it was like a war or somthing everytime i cancel a bid they show up with a altered or completely different name minutes later and do the same thing I just figured these were just kids or no life loosers with nothing better to do (wich they are) but I am starting to think now these are nothing more than competitors making these accounts to screw your auction up therefore eleminating competition on any simular auctions they may have up at the same time. The shoes seem almost to much of a coinsodence seeing as that the buyer did the same thing before plus there were not allot of that same pair i had up. and Im not talking about the 0 feedback guy who thinks he will have the money by friday and then changes his mind after the auction, these asses seem to be intent on driving it up as high as possible often times with another account to help it go to rediculous prices. If these are not competitors doing this I would absoloutly love to know the point of it seeing as though its not like they would make money or gain anything from it by just screwing up a auction. I didnt get too mad though because i can only blame myself I always usually set the buyer requirements but somtimes it just slips my mind, Still If anyone knows or has any Idea what the purpouse or point of this is please let me know!
