Immediately deposit it into PayPal. All of it. That way, it will be safe and nobody (including you) will be able to get to it!

Seriously?

1) Avoid ANY publicity. Tell NOBODY about it. Otherwise, everyone you have ever met will want a piece of it.
2) Get yourself a financial adviser and an attorney IMMEDIATELY.

Actually, I DID win $200 on a scratch-off once. The kids had all sorts of suggestions about what to do with the windfall. On the way back from cashing it, I noticed that the sign in front of the animal shelter was listing a few things they needed. So, I divided the money in half and bought $100 worth of dog food and $100 worth of cat food. Lesson learned by kids? PRICELESS!

first thing i would do is pay off all of mine & my wife's debt!

(like jeff said) i'd get a (highly recommended & trustworthy) financial adviser. i dont know if there's a such thing as a trustworthy attorney but i'd have his / her background scrubbed w/a fine-tooth comb!

i'd set up a will & a trust fund for my daughters -- and setup a stipend for my immediate family - preferably an amount that can be easily paid from the interest that this insane amt. of money would accrue in the bank!

aside from that, i'm a simple man. i would mainly love to have the freedom that 100 million could buy me.

okay, im lying. i'd like a nice, big house with green acres. a top notch home gym with an awesome personal trainer (so i could be arnold huge!) and an equally awesome personal chef. i wouldn't mind a chauffeur, either.

i'd be the coolest person to work for, too! i wouldn't be a dick (like every boss i've ever had). all my employees would get holidays, 3 weeks off, the best benefits (i could reasonably afford) - yearly raises, and bonuses based on perfomance.

and i would make it a point to have thee most awesomest tech for me & my family (i'd have a spending account setup specifically for this). one word: newegg.

maybe it sounds nerdy, but i'd get back in college immediately - my wife, too! just b/c we're wealthy is no reason to just live off the money like parasites. the way i think that's even more reason to pursue our goals and become experts at something. i've already got an undergrad in english. but that thing isn't worth the paper it was printed on - lol. i'd probably go back & study information systems, and get every cert known to man, lol.

also, i'd like to give routinely to charities. particularly those that benefit the underprivileged and inner-city and at risk youth. i would love to give back in a way that could help a lot of people have a better life, become positive people, and not be trapped in poverty.

lastly, for my most devious act. i would have bags of dog-poo wrapped in golden foil delivered to each and every one of my former employers, with a note attached that reads: "a gift for your establishment, in honor of the time i toiled thanklessly. / best regards, m.c."

as you can see i've thought this over many a night
