Can I withdraw money from a prepaid card?

I had a prepaid Simon card a few months ago that I think was unable to do this with. So I want to know the answer. If there is one then I might go for it. Would be much better than waiting to go to the bank and sit down and talk for 15 minutes and once again have another account.

You can't really do that with a USA paypal account, unless that card is attached to a bank with a bank account number.

lDo you even have the book? I'm pretty sure there's a way. Can't remember if its mentioned in the book or not.

i have no idea what that card is, as i am in the uk. but like 'azeryama' said, no you cant as the card is not a bank. you can only withdraw to a bank account. not a pre paid card.
