Is Auctiva any good for listing / managing multiple auctions

Hi folks!

If I sign up for and start paying to use Auctiva can I use it for multiple accounts?

Also is Auctiva any good for managing auctions and uplisting say between 10 to 25 auctions at a time?

Alternatively are there any other auction management / listing programs that are good to use with 'stealth' accounts?
