Account unjustly Linked - Suspended - No customer Service By eBay

Hello,

I have been an eBay user since 2001, with over 240 positive feedbacks. My eBay username is/was MYWAYTL.

I was selling my hair products when I was suspended due to being linked to another eBay member. The username that I was linked to is "SILKSCREENED".
I was very upset about this because I never had such a user name. Nobody in my family has this user name either. I used public computers to log into my eBay account in the past, and am now suspicious that this may have linked me. Just an assumption on my end.

How do I explain this to eBay? They shut me out every time I email them to try and explain. Can I call eBay?

I used public computers with ip addresses that don't change by user. That would be my only link.

Maybe someone used your adresse to get back on ebay lol!
