Can You Add Multiple banks on Paypal

I was wondering if I bought a verified and etc. PayPal account with VBA
Can I add another bank account to it, to withdraw my money?
Or could I get linked if I send money from this PayPal account to
A account that was with a eBay suspended account?

Yes you can add another bank account. Yes you will get linked if you add to bad account associated in any way.

okay, but i wont get suspended if i add a different unused bank account to it correct, even if it already has a VBA ?
Also does the address info on ebay needs to be the same as in the paypal account ?
or just the paypal & bank account has to match ?
