I got an Email from paypal. Im confused if this is true

I got an email from paypal and I dont know if this is true. My PP was limited. Now they email me with the form to fill up about my personal information profile.

But on the title of the email the case # was different than the case of my limited paypal.


on the form, They ask me to put my first name, Las name, email address,date of birth, Paypal password, and my home phone #?

This is my case # when my PP got limited (Your case ID for this reason is PP-001-589-448-904.)

But this is the case they put on the subject of the email I just got to update my profile. Case ID PP-352-651-7319‏

I am confuse and i dont wanna put my info on the form attached from the email the sent to me.

Scam e-mail. Ignore. Only respond to cases that you can actually see from within your account once logged in.
