Paypal Stealth Account

When I am creating my paypal stealth account I know I can use my real bank account info (new account obviously) but what about a credit card. It was mentioned that a pre-paid credit card can be used. Does anyone have any recommendations on what is the best method to verify a stealth paypal account? I have read all the forums and know all the options out there but I am not sure which one is the BEST way. Thanks!

Bank account will verify your pp account, credit cards will lift your limits. Best way in my experience is AVS vcc as you can register online the same data of the stealth account. Thus, verifying location and identity. Best of luck fighting back

Any one else have any experiences using gift cards or vcc and what are your opinions? I will only need to lift my w/d limit do you still suggest a vcc. Have you ever used a vcc and got limited? I would like to do this one time correctly and have the account last. I only really need one account and as long as I can sell 70-100 items a month averaging 1500-2000$ I will be okay.
