I have New address, new ip address, new phone # and new bank account. Is it possible i can open new paypal account using my real name the same name as i used to the limited paypal account?

Why would you like to do that??

You would risk linking yourself and it would put you under a spot unless your name is so common

I thought it was ok to use your name on paypal as they couldn't link you via name alone, is that right anyone??

name alone is not enough, but why risk it. names should be the easiest part in the creation process. However, you can alter it a bit if you like, use initials... try to be creative

I read from a forum about this : "No, paypal cannot see the name on your bank account!!!! The best way to withdraw funds is to add a bank account to paypal, and withdraw that way.."

Yes, the name on the bank account has to be yours......BUT, not the paypal account....ebay registered name, and paypal registered name have to be the same (stealth names)....but the bank account is in your correct name.
