Default I am about to send a letter to paypal to complain.....

All my paypal accounts got limitation few days ago. They asked me to provide them with a bunch of information which I did uploaded/emailed everything to them. I've talked with at least 10 people from paypal about the limitation. They all told me I did not owe them anything so I thought they would have removed the limitation within 24 hours. Nothing happens. I also talked with the supervisor from the Resolution department. Told her what I just mentioned here. She promised me that she will respond to me within 24 hours. The 24-hour dead line is approaching soon. I wonder if she will ever email/call me at all. If not, I will write a nasty letter to paypal to complain. I got her first name and not the last name. Does anyone know how I can get her last name? I called again this morning trying to find out her last name. This guy told me that he was unable to do that. B.S!!!!!!! Any suggestions? Do u think they will react to my letter if I complain?

Who...it's the company as a whole, not just the person you spoke to.
All that writing a letter will do is make them laugh at you even more so...you will be totally wasting your time.

But I know how you feel, the customer service is an absolute joke.

Well, at least you can reach paypal via phone..

I'd done with PayPal and eBay. Actually, I'm selling on eBay now without paying fees.. If I need new PayPal account i open a new checking account, easy and free.

I provided them with my driving license, utility bill, S.S, one store recipt, provided tracking numbers for the past five transactions, and took care all the outstanding claims. This lady who is the supervisor of Resolution dept told me that they would contact me via email within 24 hours. I guess the worse case is 180 days hold.

For me it usually takes between 5-14 days..after providing all those too..but I wouldn't suggest getting nasty w/ them..might make things worse..hense the 14 days..

who, doing this will be better than a letter. If you feel the need to write to them
write a letter, vent away then rip the letter up. Might sound silly but it helps you
cope. The more you annoy them, the longer they take and might rule against you.

Use Planetfeedback.com and complain to the state attorney. That will generate some results.

They want to collect interest on your $$$ that's why they play games and delay as long as possible.

Haha I thought I was the only one who did this...I wrote a nasty letter once when I was young (to a friend) and felt bad and it caused problems...now any time I need to vent about anything I write it out then shred it or burn it in the fireplace...it does seem silly but I always feel better and mysteriously the situation resolves itself after I do it...weird

Two choices of course. Have paypal verified B4 selling BUT far better is to have
a merchant account.
