Google Checkout and Intangibles

Ok so, Google checkout doesn't allow intangibles, like many merchants accts/payment methods. I noticed on a post that modee said he posts out a cd of ebay accounts, okay so, is this technically legit?

I mean, does posting an intangible on a CD mean that you are now selling a tangible product, which is allowed through GC?

yeah as long as you send ANYTHING. even a blank envelope works.

I mean you could just post a receipt or something,

Yes. Because there is something there now it is tangible.{ie,CD,piece of paper
or empty envelope}

tangible has an interesting definition .... something able to be touched.
