Has anyone withdrawn much money over time from Paypal to a Metabank account (the bank used by most prepaid card alternatives to a conventional bank account) without problems like the Paypal account getting limited?
When was the Metabank account added to their Paypal if so, such as within the past year or earlier?
I once did so with a Metabank (accountnow) account, thousands of dollars over time although with each individual withdrawal under $100. However, that was on a prior Paypal account opened three or four years ago, and I see periodically oblique references now to disaster if Metabank or Netspend are used.
Curiously, there is a report in the news about a partnership between Paypal and Netspend announced in recent months, so one would think Paypal ought not to auto-ban for Netspend usage, but, given one is talking about Paypal here, I don't know...

Many discussions are about verifying a new Paypal account. I don't need to do that. My current Paypal account is more than a year old and has an attached ordinary non-Metabank bank account currently. I just need to bypass it temporarily for a few days by adding a second bank account (due to an overdraft negative balance on my regular bank account, which will be paid off once I have more money: later this month but too late for now).
I need to pay an overdue bill in several days, to prevent utility disconnection, and I lack time to create a new bank account (no time to wait for a debit card to arrive by mail or for the end of holds on new deposits). Apparently the only option I have is an old already-existing Netspend account (Metabank routing numbers), never used with any Paypal before. But I don't want to do so if it is too likely to destroy (limit) my Paypal account.
Some discussions are about Netspend rejecting Paypal transfers now if the name mismatches. Such is not the concern for me, as the name on my Paypal and the name on my Netspend account is the same: my real name.
