Okay, I need some advice on Paypal stealth accounts.

Hello. I made a stealth account yesterday for eBay, I usually wait until my PayPal account is both Bank + VCC verified. My question is if I do instant confirmation and confirm my VCC ( but I have to wait 2-3 days to get the 4 digit code, is it safe to start using the Paypal stealth account or should I wait until it is bank + VCC verified? Or it doesn't matter?

hey wizardhat,it really depends on what you want to do with the pp account.
bank account is for verification whereas cc is for lifting your limits.
clarify a bit on the use of this pp , for eb or off eb transactions?

Do I have to add the VCC to withdrawal funds from my stealth account? And am I more likely to get limited if I don't lift my limits with a CC?

I have used account without vcc on them. But sooner, lifting limits is needed or your money will be stuck in there. The volume you are looking for will give you the answer you require.
Both accounts with or without vcc attached can be hit with limitation,depends on what you do with the account really.
