I had netzero at one time. It was actually my first ISP. Free yes, but wow it was a pain! I would be playing an online game, and 10 minutes into the game, I would lose connection. You know how frustrating that is when you're 12 years old, losing connection after connection for months! I don't remember a point in my life where I've been more pissed off. I broke a monitor, and two keyboards that summer.

I'm sure it's better now. I wouldn't want to play StarCraft on it though.

Been pretty good for me over the past couple of days. And not too slow for just regular browsing.

Lots of ISP's give out 1-3 months free to try the service. You'll never have the consistency with the free services that you get with the all inclusive trials. For a while I just "service hopped". You really get to know the good and bad providers that way believe me.
