VPN / DIAL UP? for Hong Kong eBay / Paypal

I am in Australia, and wondering if anyone who runs a Hong Kong / China eBay / Paypal REMOTELY (ie. not physically in hongkong / china).
- What Ip solutions do you use?

Any one has any ideas?
- Since its Hong Kong (not as much eBay activity), would using a VPN provider be LESS riskier?

i have similar problems logging into to a UK account from Spain, needs some sort of help, i only operate Spanish registered accounts at the moment, but will be looking at this in the very near future...

Also looking for a solution for this.

Need to log into UK PP accounts from inside China and a VPN seems to be a no go.

If anyone has a solution and can PM me i would really really appreciate it.

I have searched online and i must be missing something? If i find anything i will let you guys know.
