You didn't really win WIN it. Since buyer got his money back. If you're a buyer and filing charge back on something, chances are you will win. Especially if your card is American Express.
What happened to you is that PayPal protection against charge backs. You have a delivery confirmation, that's all they need.
I'd give paypal delivery confirmation number. I'd also go back to that transaction record and add delivery confirmation number.
When you check that delivery confirmation out, what does it say? (Is it a CN-22 form? CN-22 are not trackable)
For the future, always open an auction on eBay, for .99 cents, and the rest is shipping, like .99 cents and 99.01 for a 100 buck item. Buyer leaving you positive feedback is a prove of delivery. Also any e-mail they send that states they received it. Like them asking is that how it suppose to work.
