 paypal limitation problem

I am from India I have a verified business account with paypal.But after running smoothly about 3 months suddenly my PP account is limited.They are saying that my PAN card is not valid.But my PAN is very much valid.
I have contacted them several times,at first they said that they need sometime to fix this.But nothing happened.In last call I was advised to add a bank account with my personal name(as it on my PAN card,previously I had bank account with my business name). So I added a bank account with my personal name,obviously that is a savings account.But I can't see a way to verify that account, no confirmation button beside nor made any small amount deposited on that bank account.
Also I can't see any remove option with my bank account.They are saying with limited account you can still add fund to your account and send it.But again no links to "addfunds" types...
paypal is really important to me as I have have to do many transaction through paypal.Should I close the account entirely and create a new one?
