But anyways, It's safer to be bank verified, but even safer with both VCC and bank verified.

The better way to start if your plan is to sell long term with paypal & ebay is to have a fully verified & confirmed paypal.

Bank account attached, address confirmed 'pleases' paypal account 'appears' better.

Ive listed on quite a few accs unverified in the past but maybe i got lucky
