How do you get ebay to answer your emails?
Here's proof they never read emails and just send random form letters.
I chopped out some info like my browser, post IDs, my username, and my IP address.
I asked ebay how voting on reviews and guides works. Ebay didn't read what I wrote and sent me an unrelated form letter about their feedback system. I complained they didn't read my email and they sent it to paypal for them to answer. Quote:

What's with how the voting system works on voting on guides? First, it
doesn't tell me if I've voted or not. It just says vote is going
through
in ## hours and a lot of times the vote doesn't go through. If I want
to
change my vote, what then -- it doesn't even tell me if I've voted or
not? | |

I replied to ebay quoting it all and said "Wow talk about ebay not reading anything I write them..."
eBay wrote back saying: Quote:
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to the problem you facing with
PayPal.
I am glad to help you in this matter. Please accept my apology for the
delay in responding to your email.
In this case PayPal will be able to assist you further in a better way
by providing you the necessary information and clarification.
Unfortunately we are not able to respond to your query regarding PayPal.
However, I have forwarded your email on to PayPal Customer Service and
they will respond to you as soon as possible.
Why can I not respond to your query?
Although PayPal is owned by eBay, they operate their own customer
support. Thus I do not have access to your PayPal records.
How can you contact PayPal directly?
You can contact PayPal Customer Service via email. Here's how:
- To send an email to PayPal, click on the "Help" link at the top of the
PayPal homepage: http://www.paypal.com/ewf/f=default
It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing eBay.
Sincerely,
Sascha F.

They try [to pretend] they care and are giving you service.

the acct, and wait to get you again.

Well this account is a bit old. I also have never encountered the revise your item and instant suspension event. However, I sorta take it slow when the account is new. Anyway, I don't know what causes all the weird suspensions myself.

Matters have changed since
Take it as a given they have the ability to check messages.
And try to check dates of threads

Things have changed.
They do read emails if the account is being looked at or a buyer draws attention to your account.

this a great chance to update this matter..sine its 2012.
since things have changed, maybe we cansee if fellow members had an exprience in this dept.since 2008
also, my experience on these specific forums says to always search first before i put in a new question.
i did that.
all i did was reply to it. im sure many will reply to it now, since matters have changed.

my best options is to fight it and deny the information in email, should ebay everlook into it. which at the moment, they are not.
the email was sent by a buyer. i can always say 'i have no idea what that info is' play dumb.
