Default doing PayPal refund when balance is 0

hey

i have a question that i need help with and i will really appreciate if
someone who knows the answer shares it.

is it possible to do a pay pal refund when the balance there is 0?
as i am european user, the bank account option is not supported for
my country and when i try to do a refund using my debit card
pay pal says i have not enough funds in my pay pal balance?

is there any solution to that? how can i refund someone using the
money in my debit card?... i know i can just send a payment to them
but that way i will loose the fees.

any help will be much appreciated ! thanks

You will have to figure out how to fund your account.

I have never refunded someone with a 0 balance but maybe someone has that allows you to take it direct from your cc.

The only problem is others are posting you cannot use mismatched names anymore with it and since it is a stealth account no way would I use my real name.

Moneypak doesn't require any info. You pay cash for it anonymously and add it your pp..

Another thing about Money Pak is that I do not think that it is available in the OP's Country,,

To the OP Since Bank accounts are NOT an option I would ALWAYS keep a little money for refunds in my Paypal account if I were you, also since your Debit card did not work for whatever reason I would try to get a Virtual MASTERCARD or VISA to fund the account or QUICKLY sell something even at a small loss if you have to.

thanks for all replies !! much appreciated !

about adding funds i might think of the virtual cards as an option.
it sucks that i cant use a debit card to fund and i dont know why this option is not supported. i wish pp supports bank accounts for my country some day.

the last solution i have used to this is selling an item fast to get funds into the account so i can refund the previous buyer, but its a pressure thing to do...

once again thanks!

something else that came up to my mind is that if you make your buyer just open a case...which you do via agreement just to easy yourself refunding... this way paypal goes minus the amount of the case ( if pp balance is 0 it goes lets say -100 )..this way pp lets you make your balance 0 again using a debit card. this is the only way to do it via debit card.... but it has to be done by opening a case from the buyer's side...

i am just sharing this if it can be of any use for someone.
