Paypal Permanently limited but Ebay accounts are fine.

Hi All!

I have 2 ebay and paypal accounts from my home. One is old (for selling) and one is new (for buying). Both ebay are in good standing. I just started selling more items on my old account and all of a sudden, my old paypal is limited PERMANENTLY after receiving an email just 12 hours earlier that my funds would available immediately. It was perplexing to say the least.
My new account was just to buy things at first but I just started to sell on it.
The sad part is, I received a payment threw my old paypal account when I sold something on my new ebay account because there was already a bank account attached to it. They were never linked otherwise. My new paypal account is not limited but I never added a bank account or tried to withdraw money, it was just for buying.

So my question is:
Would I still be able to use my New ebay account if I open a brand new paypal account an add a new bank account.
Or can I use the paypal account that was only used for buying and attach a new bank account for withdraw.
Or
Am I screwed because they linked my accounts when payment was made from my new ebay to my old paypal that one time.

So, If I get a different IP address and use a different name but use the same home address, will that send off any red flags? I mean different ppl do live in this house and ppl move all the time.

Also, I do have other ebay accounts (NEVER linked) that have my address on them when someone was to return something. Will they get linked as well?

I have eBay Stealth and love it! I have never been limited till now.
Now I'm scared that all my accounts will be link in one way or another.

Different names but same address.


Hopefully they will not link them.
Do you think anything will happen to my ebay accounts?

I have had linked accounts before - won't necessarily go down but I don't rely on them for high money operations.
