 Paypal Limitation help!
Guys i am looking for help for create a new Paypal account.
Here is my current situation. I just got banned by Paypal for about 25 days. My ebay account is in a good shape. Now i am trying to recreate both paypal and ebay account. But i want to avoid many complicate steps that paypal stealth taught me.
Now there are 3 options which allows me to create a new paypal account. Can you please let me know which one would be the best to be use.
1st - i can my sister's bank acc and all her information. However, i think she has used her previous paypal account in the same ip as the one i got banned. My sister's previous paypal account is still existing and not limited. So i will ask her to change her debit card and bank account's billing address. As i said, she is my sister, obviously she has the same last name as i do. So do you guys think this would be able to avoid the paypal limitation again?
2nd - i can use my mother's bank account and all her info. She has a completely different last name. However, she share the same address info as my banned paypal account. Do you guys think this would be good to avoid paypal limitation?
3rd - i follow completely as paypal stealth taught. But it will give me a great cost of monthly payment. Such as ups suite box and so on.
Please give me an advise of which is the best way to do or if you have a better way please advise. But i prefer my mother's account and info, cuz it can minimize the cost.  Any advise will be 100% appreciate!!!!!!!!
