Default Which EURO-countrys only need VCC for PP verification?
Hurt that you only need a vcc to verify a canadian and switzerland paypal account.

I know most Euro - countrys require also bank account for paypal verification.
Also US und UK Paypal-accounts.

Do you know any Euro countrys which accept VCC (without bank) for paypal verification?

For Latvia,you need only a vcc(without bank account),to be a verified PP member.And for Lithuania and Estonia i think the same.

You should have started from this question first All vccs i know is banned already, you need to use bank cards

About VCC i don't know..But you can use AVS card. AVS works perfect!Or you can use a bank card.

U can choose France or Spain. It only need VCC. If want Canada need VBA and AVS VCC
