What can I do when buyer admint mistake on his part but...
Just wondering how should I proceed from the below:
Buyer received his purchase 10:56am, 28/2/2012. 10:58am, he emailed me saying "YOU SENT ME WRONG ITEM! GIVE ME MONEY BACK!"
11am (also 28/2/2012), he opened Ebay case and claimed:
1. Item not as described
2. Tried contacting seller but seller did not respond (he never gave me a chance anyway)
etc etc.
When I first responded after getting back from school, at 12pm, the buyer sent back a response, saying his mistake, he mis-calculated and looked wrongly. I still offered the refund once he shipped the item back. He said no so I asked him nicely to close the case.
He replied and said, No.....and he refuses to return the item too.
What am I supposed to do from here since as the seller, I can't close the case even though buyer admitted himself he made a mistake?
