Technical Difficulties first item?

Trying to list my first item under a legit LLC account and I keep getting "Technical Difficulties! We are unable to process your request at this time."

I get this right before the phone verification.
I tried adding a different phone number and same result..is there any hope for this account?

I would guess if the account is all ready set up then the message is related to 'Technical Difficulties' with e/b site and listings in particular, not anything to do with your account.

It looks like the resolution is changing the phone number?? I tried that but it's still not working.
