I just tell them I am in the middle of something and they say no problem and confirm your email so they can just send it to that in stead. I do this almost every time and never had any issues.

I told them I was re-roofing a house once (I was though) and they were cool about it.

They are just told they have to call so many people a day and explain the updates to them and ask if you have any questions. THen they try to get you to schedule a business consultation. Just tell them you are not prepared paperwork wise to be talking to someone just yet but you will call when you are ready. I mean if you just dont know what to say that is.

Yup, got called on one of my accounts. Not sure why others didn't get it. And nothing to worry about here that much. Its an automated message.

Automated?? I got calls for 3 accounts but they are all TSR and Business accounts.

None were automated. One I talked for 15min. They ask you if you have 5-10 minutes usually. Thats why I said above in my post that you can just tell them you are busy and they are fine with it.

They are probably giving active accounts that are selling updates and the ones that are not just automated messages.

I only got 3 of these calls out of all of my accounts. All were automated. I guess it varies by account.
