 responding thru email thru gmail and ebays email system
thanks for reading. any help answering this would be great.
now there are 2 ways you can respond to an email you receive from another member on ebay...
1. click on the respond button which takes you to EB and you have to log in.
2. reply through your email directly, which means that log in to EB is not required and the buyer will still receive the reply.
my question is if reply to all of the email directly (OPTION 2) without logging into ebay from my phone, will ebay be able to link everything together? im talking like 5-6 accounts...
im just looking for a faster/easier way to respond to clients without having to get onto my computer every couple hours to respond to them. it will also make the ebay users happier since they will receive responses faster.
