echeaque is basically. When you don`t have enough funds in your paypal and you comet to buy something. Then PP requests your bank to authorised the payment and it normaly can take 21 days or so.
I guess when you send something through RM and when its signed for or something except standard. You could put a claim against them. But I guess they probably ague that the item was delivered but infact if you send the item signed for the only reason of you doing that was to get to know who really signed it!!!!
