Verifying PP phone number?

Hi, I have opened a new PP account and have gone through all the verification points and am at the last one which is verifying your address with them phoning, I have a new voipfone number for this account so would like to know best way of answering the call as last time I received the call but could not enter the code with X-Lite as it kept saying unable to recognise and they sent the letter to the made up address.

Could someone help with this please as dont want to lose this account straight away.

Yeff, you must have been doing it incorrectly.
When they ring you, they give you a pin code, don't they? Rather than you entering a code. Or at least that's what I remember.

But anyway, the xlite phone works exactly like a normal phone, so if you entered a code and it didn't accept it, you were entering the wrong one.

Hi Mant, on the Paypal verify phone you had to enter a code on the phone, but it kept coming up saying not recognised.

Got the pin code ok through Xlite for Ebay, itd just the PP one as it asks you to enter code on phone!

Well, I verified mine fine...have you tried downloading another version of xlite?
