feedback score importance

just want to verify a point
you know the seller feeback rating score , does the importance of the feedback matter from 1 feedback to 9 because it hasnt got a star doesnt ebay take note to this when selling items .

or does it matter from when you receive the yellow star and beyond .

When buyer does not leave a star, the rating counts - if he/she leave stars, that is of more value.

if so they wont show till you have received 10

still slightly confused but if your worried about selling on an account with no yellow star

dont worry about it,everyone starts the same

just make sure you sell legit low risk stuff to begin with
