Account suspended due to too many negatives - open a new one or try to reinstate?

hi all great website, heaps of useful info. Just a question i have a account with a months selling restriction on it for a few (3) neg feedbacks from very fussy unrealistic buyers, over 700+ but the negatives all came at once. i really need to sell and am seriously considering opening another account but i dont want to get caught and permanantly ruin my former acct. i would do all the steps, ie clean computer , ip change (use dial up) virtual visa card new email, and would never check my old acct or old emails
i guess my question is it pretty safe to open a new one if follow the steps to a tee or am i better off waitin for the original acct to come back on...currently losing $1000pw
any advise greatly appreciated

G'day again. Are you able to resolve any problems and try to have the account

hi there again, or g'day, seller non performance, not sure how it is in the us but here they give you a month warning to fix your account, however in that month you are restricted in selling, which takes about 3 days to reach leaving another 27 days of no selling until the account is reviewed. i will most likely it will be ok, will cost a couple of bribes to the people that left negative so i will get my short term feedback up to an acceptable level... thing is ebay is my main income and 4 weeks of no selling is a real pain

Of course. If you are confident that it will be up again,you could treat yourself to a short holiday! Maybe make a few accounts over the period to have as
sleepers. Hold off on selling {I know but} & let them mature.

Have a good read through the threads. You will see much info about what other
users do.

cheers thanks for the info, i might just hold off on trying to sell on a new account for now, but yeah i will make a sleeper account so i have something to fall back on when they decide to suspend me again, cant wait for an ebay competitor...
