Paying with New Paypal on a Site that the I use to use on the old one

I have a quick question, I made my new Stealth Paypal account, And i was wondering about one thing, what do they look at mainly to result in a ban? Like if I receive money or send it?

that leads me to the real question, My old "banned" paypal account i use to purchase from a site frequently, but when i got it banned I couldnt buy from them since they only accept paypal account transactions, Now that I got my new paypal I waited about 30 days before I started looking at the site again to purchase, Will paypal be suspicious that i spend on the site once again frequently or do i have to limit my purchases to once a month?

Not sure if i explained it that well lol, any help is appreciated. I know this maybe a easy answer or something but I rather be safe than sorry doesnt hurt to ask

Should your new stealth paypal account be made correctly how would they know?

Could you please tell me in better detail how you made the new account?

Changed IP
new user account
new email
new bank account & card
new address for delivery

Yes new Internet as well, before i used a wireless company i decided to switch to a different one lol, cookies cleared, New user, new email, new bank and credit card with that bank, and im using a neighbors address they gave me full permission
