Loophole more then 50% of these guys just do not want to work.....I saw a lot of them and a few times even talked to them....
They can get 50-200$ everyday might be more depending on the area so at the end of the day what do you think they do with that money???/RIGHT DRUGS....
they have food(foodstamps), even cash(around 100-200$ per month government give them) so when i see somebody asking for money i say GO AND WORK...Sure if i see somebody without hand,leg that's another story....
