Default Re-listing a Vero deleted item, which has been totally removed from ebay...

Hi,

I was selling a certain type of voucher on eBay and had been doing so with absolutely no problems since the start of the year - so pretty much 3 months solid. However two days ago my listings for said vouchers were taken down, as well as all the other listings from other sellers for the same item (about 4 sellers in total including myself). Now there is no-one on the whole of eBay selling the voucher.

The reason for the remove was Vero (MC019) and it looks like the company behind the coupon production had initiated legal action (they had emailed me like a month ago telling me to remove the listings, but I ignored it).

Anyway my question is am I ok to relist exactly the same item again with another stealth account? Or will it be taken down? Obviously changing the entire auction. In my mind I'm thinking that in some way they might be on the lookout for similar auctions popping up ready to cancel them. Or am I being way too paranoid? Would eBay instead ignore it until another legal action letter came through?

I guess the real reason I'm asking is I don't want to really waste a stealth account if it will just get closed instantly.

Thanks.

plenty of other products out there

you may be making money from the vouchers but not without great risk

I was about to add my input.... but I see that won't be necessary after all.
