 Why I need new account and prepaid card?
I read the stealth guide and I cannot understand why I need both - prepaid card and new account.
Is there no account under prepaid card where to withdraw my money? I m not very familiar with banking things.
Also as I understand prepaid card don't have my name on it - how can i make verification with paypal if there is not my name?
I have no experience with prepaid cards.
Also with ebay not lot of experience, I registered and made a lot of mistakes of listing my goods, changing various settings, my city, and logging in from various proxies, so 4 h after registering I have been suspended.
I have a big plans on selling in ebay, its very important to me get back
